倍容量(liang)(liang)復合材料芯(xin)鋁(lv)絞線JXRL/FH充分發揮了(le)有機復合材料的(de)特(te)長(chang),與現(xian)有的(de)各種(zhong)相(xiang)比,具有強度高(gao)(gao)、線損低、電導(dao)(dao)率高(gao)(gao)、弧垂小、允(yun)許(xu)工作溫度高(gao)(gao)、載流量(liang)(liang)大、重量(liang)(liang)輕(qing)、耐腐(fu)蝕及(ji)使(shi)用壽命長(chang)等優(you)點,即使(shi)在導(dao)(dao)線載流量(liang)(liang)增加,導(dao)(dao)線溫度提高(gao)(gao)以后,導(dao)(dao)線的(de)運用仍是(shi)安全(quan)可靠的(de),從而實現(xian)了(le)電力傳輸的(de)節能、環(huan)保與安全(quan),其具體特(te)點如下。
1.強度高
一(yi)(yi)般(ban)鋼絲的抗(kang)(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度為(wei)1240MPa,高(gao)強(qiang)度鋼絲為(wei)1410MPa,而倍(bei)容量復合材料芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞JXRL/FH的碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)和(he)玻(bo)(bo)璃纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)混合固化芯(xin)(xin)(xin)棒,其抗(kang)(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度最小值可達到2150MPa ,分別為(wei)前(qian)兩者的1.73倍(bei)和(he)1.52倍(bei)。如芯(xin)(xin)(xin)線(xian)直徑為(wei)6.5MM的碳(tan)(tan)纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)和(he)玻(bo)(bo)璃纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)(wei)混合芯(xin)(xin)(xin)的抗(kang)(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度達2500MPa,比一(yi)(yi)般(ban)鋼芯(xin)(xin)(xin)的抗(kang)(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度高(gao)一(yi)(yi)倍(bei),比高(gao)強(qiang)度鋼芯(xin)(xin)(xin)的抗(kang)(kang)拉(la)強(qiang)度高(gao)77%左(zuo)右。因(yin)倍(bei)容量復合材料芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁(lv)絞線(xian)JXRL/FH的結構形式(shi)較(jiao)為(wei)創新,因(yin)此有利用提高(gao)接續管、耐張線(xian)夾與導線(xian)的壓接強(qiang)度。
2.線損低、導電率高
由(you)(you)于倍(bei)容量(liang)(liang)復(fu)合材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁絞線JXRL/FH不(bu)存在鋼(gang)(gang)絲(si)材(cai)料(liao)引起的(de)磁滯損(sun)(sun)耗(hao)熱(re)效(xiao)應,而且在輸(shu)送相同(tong)負荷的(de)條(tiao)件下,具有(you)更低的(de)運(yun)行溫度,可以減(jian)少(shao)輸(shu)電(dian)損(sun)(sun)失約6%左右。另外,倍(bei)容量(liang)(liang)復(fu)合材(cai)料(liao)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁絞線JXRL/FH的(de)外層由(you)(you)梯(ti)形截(jie)面(mian)軟鋁形成的(de)外表面(mian)遠比(bi)傳統的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁絞線LGJ表面(mian)光滑,提高(gao)了導(dao)(dao)(dao)線表面(mian)粗糙系數,有(you)利于提高(gao)導(dao)(dao)(dao)線的(de)電(dian)暈起始電(dian)壓,減(jian)少(shao)電(dian)暈損(sun)(sun)失,降低電(dian)暈噪聲(sheng)和無線電(dian)干擾水平(ping)。再者,由(you)(you)于外層為梯(ti)形截(jie)面(mian)軟鋁,與相同(tong)直徑的(de)鋼(gang)(gang)芯(xin)(xin)(xin)鋁絞線LGJ相比(bi)外層纏繞的(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)電(dian)鋁更多(duo),提高(gao)了導(dao)(dao)(dao)線的(de)電(dian)導(dao)(dao)(dao)率。
